For all customers noticied problems on the download of our RTD Packs we would like to update them on issue.

It looks that Amazon AWS platform has some bugs for downloading .HTML and .ZIP files. (the suffixes of our rtd login info files). Amazon and Shopify staff are tryingo to solve the issue.

All Android users at the moment have not noticied us  this problem.

For all customers having problem on download rtds packs pls contact us with the order number  and we will send login details immediatelly. in the meanwhile we will set back for the next RTDS the .TXT files. All Android users will have to download any APP to read TXT files to read login file infos of RTD packs.
