Recently NIA has increased anti cheating system.

We will send mules only after cooldown period is passed to avoid speed clock checks.

What we suggest you is to have all capsules ready for the drop, and drop all items in one shot, not loggin in many times.

Two customers of us have had our mule suspended (2 mules on around 50 orders sent between fryday and sunday), not their main account, so at the moment we are investigating on the safest mode for transfer items.

If this happens pls just send us an email with  the device you used, if IOS or Android os, and the location where the mule has been opened.

Problem seems more significant for android users and less for ios users at the moment.
